1. Refund Kab Milega?

Hum in situations me full refund ya replacement provide karte hain:

  • Damaged Product: Agar product delivery ke waqt damaged ya tuta hua mile
  • Wrong Product: Agar aapko galat product deliver ho jaaye
  • Quality Issue: Agar product ki quality expected standards se match na kare
  • Non-Delivery: Agar estimated time ke baad bhi order deliver na ho

Refund lene ke liye ye 3 simple steps follow karein:

Product milne ke 48 hours ke andar humse contact karein photo/video ke saath

Hum aapki complaint verify karenge aur 24-48 hours me response denge

Approval ke baad 5-7 business days me refund ya replacement milega

3. Refund Timeline

Refund approve hone ke baad:

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days me aapke bank account me
  • COD Orders: 5-7 business days me aapke bank account me (bank details deni hongi)
  • Replacement: Naya product 3-7 business days me dispatch hoga

4. Kab Refund Nahi Milega?

In cases me refund applicable nahi hoga:

  • Product delivery ke 48 hours baad complaint karne par
  • Product already open/use karne ke baad (quality complaint chhod ke)
  • Customer ki galat address ki wajah se delivery fail hone par
  • Change of mind — "mujhe nahi chahiye ab" type cancellations (dispatch ke baad)

5. Order Cancellation

Dispatch se pehle: Aap apna order cancel kar sakte hain — full refund milega.

Dispatch ke baad: Cancellation possible nahi hai. Agar aap product accept nahi karte (COD), toh shipping charges deducted honge.

6. Exchange Policy

Agar aap different size ya product chahte hain, toh pehle return request karein aur phir naya order place karein. Direct exchange facility filhaal available nahi hai.
