Gaushree (gaushree.co.in) website ka use karke aur humse koi bhi product khareed ke, aap in terms & conditions se sahmat hote hain. Ye terms Gaushree (Registered in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh) aur aapke beech ka agreement hai.

Agar aap in terms se sahmat nahi hain, toh kripya humari website ka use na karein aur order na place karein.

2. Products & Pricing

• Humari website par dikhaaye gaye sabhi products ki availability subject to stock hai
• Product images representative hain — actual product thoda different dikh sakta hai (natural product hone ki wajah se ghee ka color/texture vary kar sakta hai)
• Prices bina prior notice ke change ho sakte hain
• Sabhi prices Indian Rupees (₹/INR) me hain
• Sale prices limited time offers hain aur kisi bhi samay end ho sakte hain
• Hum kisi bhi order ko bina reason diye reject karne ka adhikaar rakhte hain

3. Order & Payment

Order place karna ek purchase agreement hai. Aap confirm karte hain ki:

• Aapne sahi personal details (naam, address, phone) diye hain
• Aap payment karne ke liye authorized hain
• Aap 18 saal ya usse zyada umr ke hain (ya guardian ki permission hai)

Payment Methods:

• UPI QR Code: Scan & pay (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• COD (Cash on Delivery): ₹50 advance online, baaki delivery par cash me

Payment verification ke baad hi order process hoga. Fake orders ya fraudulent payment ki soorat me hum legal action le sakte hain.

4. Shipping & Delivery

7. Intellectual Property

Gaushree website par sabhi content — logo, images, text, design, product photos — Gaushree ki intellectual property hain. Bina humari likhi hui permission ke kisi bhi content ko copy, reproduce ya commercially use karna strictly prohibited hai.

8. Coupons & Offers

• Promotional coupons limited period ke liye valid hain
• Ek order me ek coupon use hoga (unless specified)
• Hum bina notice diye kisi bhi coupon ya offer ko band ya modify kar sakte hain
• Coupons non-transferable hain aur cash me convert nahi ho sakte

9. Limitation of Liability

Gaushree maximum apne products ki purchase price tak hi liable hoga. Hum indirect, incidental ya consequential damages ke liye responsible nahi hain. Ye terms Indian law ke under governed hain aur koi bhi dispute Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh ki courts ke jurisdiction me resolve hoga.

10. Changes to Terms
